"Nice When a Discount Actually Works"
I found a promo code and, surprisingly enough, it actually saved me a little on my order. Checkout was painless, and the discount showed up right away, which shouldn’t feel like a big deal but somehow does. I’d probably use it again.

The photos looked just like what I ended up receiving, which was a relief because you never really know sometimes when ordering online. But yeah, no weird surprises or anything, it matched up with the pictures pretty much exactly

"I was shocked by how much outdoor..."
I was shocked by how much outdoor stuff they had, like, I went in expecting a few basics and suddenly felt like I’d stumbled into gear paradise. The sizes and options were super easy to sort through, which saved me from my usual mini meltdown while shopping. Left feeling ridiculously happy with what I found.

Ordering was easy enough, so I figured the rest would be simple too, but the communication after that was kind of a joke. I kept having to chase them down just to get any idea what was going on, and when they did respond, the updates were late or so vague they were barely useful. Things eventually moved along, but it was annoying being left in the dark like that. A few basic regular updates really shouldn’t be that hard.

I ordered a shirt and a pair of shorts from Fieldstone Outdoors, and umm, overall I’m happy with them. The shirt fit true to size and was about what I expected. The shorts were a little snug around the waist, but not enough for me to bother returning them. Just worth keeping in mind if you’re between sizes. Shipping was fine, and the quality seems decent so far. I’d buy from them again, but I’d probably size up on the shorts next time.

I ordered from Fieldstone Outdoor Provisions Co. and the payment process was fine overall. I used my regular card and it went through without any issues, so I can’t really complain too much since I did get checked out and everything worked.
That said, I was expecting a few more options, like PayPal or some kind of pay-later choice. Maybe I’m just used to other sites having more flexibility, but it felt a little limited to me.

My order did show up, but it arrived later than I expected. For some reason, the tracking barely updated along the way, which was frustrating. The product itself was fine, I just wish the delivery had been more reliable.

"Exchange was okay, but slower than it used to be"
I ordered the wrong size and had to exchange it. The return instructions were clear enough, so that part wasn’t a problem. It just took longer than I expected to get a response, and I kept having to check my email for updates. I feel like this process used to be quicker, so it was a little annoying this time. The new item arrived in good shape and the fit was much better, so overall it worked out, but I do wish returns and exchanges were faster...

Tried ordering from Fieldstone Outdoor Provisions Co. and the checkout was clunky. Took a while to load, then had to re-enter some info after an error popped up. Got the order through eventually, just wasn’t the smoothest experience.

"Tracking was off"
I ordered from Fieldstone Outdoors, and the tracking was kind of a mess. It said my package had shipped, but then there were no updates for days, which had me like, why is this so complicated?
I kept checking back because I couldn’t tell if it was actually moving or just sitting somewhere. The order did eventually arrive, but it showed up later than I was expecting.
The product itself was totally fine, so no complaints there. I just wish the tracking info was more accurate because it’s frustrating not knowing what’s going on with your order

I used fieldstoneoutdoors.com for the first time, it was easy to get around. Easy, easy. The menu made sense right away, and the pages loaded quickly for me.
I liked that I wasn’t stuck clicking all over the place just to find basic info. The product pages were simple, clear, and not overcomplicated, which made browsing feel stress-free.

"Delivery took a little longer than expected"
I ordered from Fieldstone Outdoor Provisions Co. and the shipping was, well, it wasn’t exactly fast. The item did arrive and everything was fine with it, but it took a few extra days longer than I expected. Tracking was... I mean, it updated eventually, just kind of slowly. Overall, nothing was really wrong, I just wish the delivery had been a bit quicker. Not bad, not great

"Color was close"
I ordered a jacket and the color looked mostly like the pictures, just maybe a little darker in person. not a huge deal since it still looks good and works with what I wanted. Shipping was standard too. Giving it 4 stars only because the shade wasn’t exactly 100% the same.

I was feeling mentally drained when I shop, so I was relieved that most of what I needed was in stock. The only downside was that one of the sizes I wanted had already sold out, which was a bit frustrating.

My order showed up on time, which was what I was hoping for, and the packaging was generally solid. The box did have a few scuffs and one corner was a little dented, so it wasn’t perfect, but I mostly care that the stuff inside arrived safely. Nothing was broken or missing, so it met my expectations overall. A bit more padding would probably help, but I’m happy with it

I ordered a jacket from Fieldstone Outdoors it looked good when it first showed up. After wearing it a few times though, the stitching started coming loose, which was annoying. The fabric also feels a lot thinner in person than it looked in the photos, so that was disappointing for the price. I reached out to support and kept getting replies that felt like they were just copied and pasted from a script, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. It’s not the worst jacket ever, but I expected better.
